Season Tickets Update: 11.02.21

The club does have a limited number of seats on general sale, this is following the confirmation of the number of supporters who chose to not renew for 2021. To purchase please make use of our Season Ticket hotlines listed at the bottom of this article.

The deadline to spread the cost of 2021 Season Tickets over six months is fast approaching too. Friday, 19th February is the final date this option can be processed.

The Tigers confirmed on the February 3rd that every 2020 ST holder looking to renew for 2021 had now been contacted. We can also confirm each supporter that joined the club’s waiting list as of Friday, 29th January, has also been contacted.

Our ticket staff have been incredibly busy assisting supporters in getting their Season Tickets sorted. There have been instances where the club has made numerous attempts to reach out to fans by phone and email with no reply yet, and we encourage supporters to please try and reply out as soon as possible. We ask any supporter who believes they have not been contacted to please get in touch. If the opening times listed below are not convenient then please email markgill@castigers.com.

In addition to the usual information regarding 2021 ST renewals, there are three developments regarding season tickets for the coming year.

• STANDING SEASON TICKETS – NOW ON GENERAL SALE
  Supporters who have yet to purchase a season ticket and wish to do so should be aware that a limited number of standing season tickets will be available online for supporters to purchase from castlefordtigers.com/tickets.
   
• SEATED SEASON TICKET RENEWALS – 12th FEBRUARY DEADLINE
  Seated season ticket holders will have until Friday 12th Feb to renew their ticket for the coming 2021 season otherwise their tickets will go on general sale from Monday 15th February. *** Supporters wishing to renew are advised to make contact as soon as possible on the hotlines listed below. ***
   
• SIX-MONTH DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT OPTION – 19th FEBRUARY DEADLINE
  The club would like to remind fans who wish to spread the cost of their tickets over a six-month direct debit, that the deadline to sign up for this option is Friday 19th February 2021. It will not be possible to pay for Season Tickets via a debit over a six-month period after this date.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR 2021 SEASON TICKETS

2020 ST holders can renew their ticket for 2021 by contacting our Season Ticket Office during opening hours and on the numbers listed below. During the national lockdown, 2021 renewals cannot be processed in person at our Season Ticket Office/Stadium Store.

The waiting list for Fords fans wanting to become a new season ticket holder next year has been very popular and fans have been signed up from this list for 2021. This has been possible following the confirmation of the number of supporters who chose to not renew for 2021, and so these tickets could be reallocated to people on the waiting list in the order that fans registered their details.

Following on from our waiting list we have now released a limited number of season tickets for general sale too.

The 2021 Betfred Super League season will start in late March, in the event of reduced capacities, season ticket holders will be given first priority in attending matches at The Mend-A-Hose Jungle.

2021 season tickets for new season ticket holders will be available at 2020 prices.

New season ticket cards will be issued to all new season ticket holders, but 2020 ticket holders are asked to retain their cards as these will be reused for the 2021 campaign.
