Tigers link up with Sporting Pay

The Tigers are pleased to announce a new partnership with Sporting Pay that will improve fan experience at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle.

Sporting Pay is the only complete merchant service provider within the sports industry and they've linked up with the Tigers to design a dedicated system for the club's tills on matchday incorporating the latest technology in epos and card terminal software.

Chris Norminton, Sporting Pay Managing Director, said, "It's a really exciting time for both the club and Sporting Pay and we are committed to this season and many more ahead. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to promote Sporting Pay and the services we offer."

"We have provided the club with a fully functional EPOS system that will benefit the club massively on match days as well as allowing fans the opportunity to pay by card everywhere in the ground."

"Both the club and ourselves are keen to build this unique partnership which not only benefits the club but the many associated businesses that support and surround the club in Castleford. We are now able to offer them the most competitive merchant services rates in the industry supported by the latest payment processing technology."

Castleford Tigers Head of Commercial Operations, Chris Powell, said: "The new system has been specifically designed for us by Sporting Pay and we're really excited about its capacity to drive the business forward and enhance the customer experience of our supporters on matchdays."

Fans will be able to see the new systems in action at this Thursday's Easter clash against Wakefield at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle, kick-off 7.45pm.

Tickets for the game are on sale now at the club's retail stores inside Xscape and Carlton Lanes, and online at www.castlefordtigers.com/tickets
