Castleford Tigers Announces Thrilling Partnership with The Seat Surgeons

The partnership kicked off on a high note toward the end of the previous year when The Seat Surgeons undertook the design and installation of brand-new seats in the changing room and dugout at The Jungle. As part of a contra deal, fans of the Tigers can anticipate the presence of advertising boards for The Seat Surgeons prominently displayed in our Princess Street stand during the upcoming season.

Established in 1994, The Seat Surgeons boast over 20 years of expertise in manufacturing and installing leather seat covers. With a commitment to quality and exceptional customer service, their highly trained staff can produce special designs or replicate original covers, offering a truly bespoke service with a diverse range of leather samples, colours, and stitching options.

Luke Burnett, CEO at Seat Surgeons, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration with the Tigers: "We partnered with Castleford Tigers rugby club because they are a fellow Yorkshire town with a fan base known for their passion."

Burnett further detailed the contribution made to the Tigers' facilities, highlighting the transformation of the dugouts and changing rooms for players and staff. The Seat Surgeons removed worn-out materials from the dugout seats, replacing them with branded black and amber, diamond-stitched covers, all set for the 2024 season. The initiative also included the installation of new foams and covers across all benches in the changing room.

While the primary focus of The Seat Surgeons is manufacturing and installing leather seat covers for the automotive industry, particularly in commercial vehicles and vans, the company embraced the opportunity to enhance the facilities at Castleford Tigers. Burnett concluded, "We thoroughly enjoyed improving the facilities at the club during this project, and the whole team at Castleford Tigers are a pleasure to work with.
