With over 20 year’s experience, Pennine Recruitment provide cost effective, tailored recruitment solutions across the North of England.

Their thinking is that by treating the workforce as part of the family and giving them the most positive experience possible of working with an agency, they will recommend their services to their friends and family and clients will benefit from having a happy and committed workforce.

The new partnership includes advertising boards for Pennine at Wheldon Road and recruitment support for Tigers’ team members in the Signs & Designs Restaurant.

Jeremy Mangham, Director at Pennine Recruitment said of the partnership:

“With over 20 years' experience working within the Industrial, Driving, Commercial and Technical sectors, we started Pennine Recruitment with a clear goal – to provide honest, ethical and compliant staffing solutions to our clients throughout Yorkshire & the North West.

As our name suggests, our offices are based both sides of the Pennines, our heartland being the M62 corridor – Prime Rugby League Territory!

Castleford forms a huge part of our story so far.  We opened our first branch here. Our Head Office is based here and we employ over 200 local people in Cas and the 5 towns at any one time. As anyone who knows the town will testify, Cas Tigers really are the beating heart of this community and we’re delighted to have the opportunity to partner with the club at what promises to be a very exciting time on and off the pitch.  As well as sponsorship, we’re excited to be providing match day hospitality staff to the club throughout the 2024 Super League season – The first steps in what we’re confident will be the start of a long-term and mutually beneficial partnership between Cas Tigers & Pennine.”

Andy Luff Business Development Executive said: “It’s fantastic we have a local recruitment company like Pennine who can supply the club with hospitality staff throughout the 2024 season. I have every confidence in Jeremy and his team, and I’m looking forward to seeing the new partnership grow.”
