This week for the Tigers

This week marks a busy period for the Fords with three of their teams in action over the coming days! All the information you need about the fixtures is below!

Castleford Tigers’ Scholarship side get their campaign underway with a trip over the Pennines in store to face Warrington Wolves!

The club’s crop of exciting youngsters will be looking to get their season off to the perfect start with the contest kicking off at 7pm.

Last time out marked a memorable performance for the Fords as they picked up their first victory of 2023 with a 14-8 derby success over Leeds Rhinos.

It was a landmark night for Andy Last who secured his first win as interim Head Coach and Cas will be eager to back up that result under the lights at Wheldon Road.

Warrington are yet to taste defeat this season, with their latest victory coming against Leigh Leopards at The Halliwell Jones Stadium last week.

Castleford’s Academy squad would have been disappointed to see their proposed opening game of 2023 at Huddersfield called off due to the severe weather conditions, however, they will be hungry to kick off their season this coming Saturday.

The fixture will be held at local community club Lock Lane for a 2:30pm kick-off so make sure to get down and support our stars of the future!
