The Tigers head to Cougar Park to take part in Jake Webster’s testimonial, and we want the Cas Faithful to support Webbo and his charities on the day. 

The game will take place on Sunday 22nd January, with a 3pm kick-off.

Jake Webster is a much-loved former Castleford man after joining the Tigers back in 2013. Jake played his part in getting the Tigers to both the Challenge Cup Final in 2014 and Grand Final in 2017, as well as securing the League Leaders’ Shield in that memorable year. 

After leaving Wheldon Road at the end of 2018, Jake joined Bradford Bulls for the 2019 season, helping them secure a famous win over Leeds Rhinos in the Challenge Cup. Jake then signed with Keighley Cougars where he has been a fantastic servant over the last three years, including an unbeaten season last campaign. 

Also making a swift return to Cougar Park will be new Castleford Tigers Coach Scott Murell, who recently joined the Tigers after retiring at the end of the 2022 season after plying his trade as a coach with the Cougars and Halifax before that.
