Castleford Tigers’ first home game of the 2023 Betfred Super League season sees the Champions St Helens come to Wheldon Road and our 2023 Members can get an extra ticket to bring a friend for just £10!
It promises to be an electric atmosphere at The Mend-A-Hose Jungle for the first home match of the season on Sunday, 26th February with kick-off scheduled for 1pm.
Castleford and St Helens matches are always high-quality affairs, with both sides seeming to bring the best out of each other and it always makes for a highly entertaining affair.
On their last visit to The Jungle in April 2022, Castleford bested the Saints by 30 points to 10, but the season score was levelled in August when St Helens held off a late second-half fightback from Radford’s men.
The Tigers have bolstered the squad with top-tier talent and the fixture against Paul Wellens’ Saints could see the official home debuts of Cas stars such as Gareth Widdop, Jacob Miller, Albert Vete, Muizz Mustapha and Jack Broadbent!
With this doubling up as the first home game of the Fords' campaign and the Saints’ opening match of the league season following their World Club Challenge exploits - why would you want to miss out?!
