Heading to The Jungle on Saturday for our Derby Day Double Header? Our guide and frequently asked questions might be helpful for you!

Castleford Tigers take on Wakefield Trinity in Betfred Super League action on Saturday, 21st August at 7pm, and the Tigers Women take on Leeds Rhinos at 4.15pm too!
- Can I buy a ticket in advance or pay on the day?
Tickets for Saturday's double header are available in advance online at castlefordtigers.com/tickets
If you would like to pay on the day at the stadium, individual match ticket prices increase by £2, you can visit our Stadium Store on Wheldon Road to get your ticket at the stadium.
- What time does the stadium open for the Women's game?
Fans can access the stadium from 3.45pm ahead of kick-off half an hour later.
This will be in the Wheldon Road End and the adjoining open corner linked with the Main Stand if standing, or sat in the Main Stand itself if fans are seated Season Tickets holders.
Fans must enter the ground through Turnstile 1 which is near the Stadium Store on Wheldon Road, or through the entrance at the back of the Main Stand by the training field.
When the stadium opens to welcome full capacity at 5.30pm, free movement will be allowed in the ground.
- Do I need to pay extra for the Women's game?
No, your ticket or Season Ticket will grant you entry.
- I have renewed my Season Ticket, what do I do to attend?
2021 Season Ticket holders get entry to all Castleford's regular-season Super League matches at The Jungle, simply come to the ground with your 2021 or 2020 card which will be activated and scanned by our stewarding team.
- What time can I enter the stadium?
The Mend-A-Hose Jungle will be full open for everyone around the ground from 5.30pm.
- Can I move around the ground to different stands?
With COVID-19 restrictions now lifted, yes you can – but please be aware there is still a red zone around the tunnel area for players, officials, and staff which may limit movement briefly once the stadium is opened for the general public.
- Can I park at the stadium?
Car parking is highly limited and available for supporters who have already been pre-booked in with the club, and further supporters cannot pre-book at this stage.
- I have an e-ticket, what do I do?
You can either print it out or show it on your phone to be scanned by our stewarding team.
- Can I get food and drink inside the ground?
Yes, you can! Food vendors will be around the ground. For drinks please make use of the bars which will be open in each stand:
Wheldon Road End - The Members Bar in the top corner of the stand
Main Stand - The Marquee & The Bottle Bar
Princess Street Stand - The Monkey Munch Bar at the back and middle of the stand
Railway End – The Supporters Bar which is near the scoreboard
- Will the Stadium Store/Ticket Office be open?
Yes, it will be open before the game only. Tickets for the game on matchday can be purchased from our Stadium Store too, you can visit the store on Wheldon Road.
- Can I stop in the ground to meet the players after the game?
Unfortunately no, this is due to the players remaining in the red zone area of the stadium.
- Can I smoke or use e-cigarettes?
No, the stadium will be a no smoking and no e-cigarettes zone.
- What if I have a problem with my Season Ticket or e-ticket?
You will be directed to the Ticket Office at the side of the training pitch, our ticketing team will then be able to assist you.
- Can I purchase a ticket to an away game or Magic Weekend at the ground?
Please visit our Stadium Store/Ticket Office if you would like to purchase a ticket or travel.
