Tigers unveil 2021 Squad Numbers
Castleford Tigers have confirmed their squad numbers for the coming 2021 season!
Numbers 1 to 31 were revealed in a virtual Squad Launch & Sponsors Evening across the club’s social media platforms where the First Team squad and coaching staff were presented with their commercial sponsors' shirts. With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic it is an uncertain time for many businesses so the club would like to take this opportunity once again to thank all our 2021 player sponsors for their generous support.

Ahead of the new Super League season, Daryl Powell has added four new faces into his ranks who have received their first squad numbers as Tigers players. There is a new face in at #1 with flying fullback Niall Evalds, elsewhere the former Huddersfield duo of Suaia Matagi and Jordan Turner and receive squad numbers #24 and #25 respectively while Lewis Bienek will wear #26.
There are also notable changes for some players from last season with Cheyse Blair now wearing #12, 2020 mid-season signing Gareth O’Brien takes the #16 shirt after signing a three-year contract with Castleford, and following his breakthrough campaign last season, Jacques O’Neill will wear #18.
Included in the 31-man squad is 18-year-old Cain Robb, who has worked hard throughout his time in the club’s youth system to earn a 2021 squad number with the First Team. Robb joins fellow young Tigers Academy & Scholarship graduates Brad Graham, Sam Hall, Jacques O’Neill, and Lewis Peachey.
