Morrisons Community Champions again!
With the help of Castleford Tigers Foundation, the supermarket giant has worked hard to give out some sweet treats to hard-working Children and some of the most vulnerable in our community.

After their fantastic work supplying lunches to all Tigers Talent Pathway participants in October, the Club and Foundation would like to thank Morrisons and all their staff for donating Christmas selection boxes and biscuits to those who deserve them this christmas.
Facilitated by the Castleford Tigers Foundation, top-attending pupils at Airedale Academy received a selection box as a reward for their fantastic commitment during what has been a very trying year. In addition to this, the Foundation were able to connect Morrisons with local partners who work with some of the most disadvantaged families in our community to put a smile on their face.
Jo Murray, Community Champion at Morrisons Castleford said: "Our role as Community Champion is all above giving back and strengthening community ties. Hopefully this is just a little bit of a christmas treat, at what's been a difficult time this year for many students and families!"
Assistant Principal at Airedale Academy, James Podlewski passed on his thanks, saying "I'd just like to thank Jo Murray and everyone at Morrisons Castleford for their very generous donation of selection boxes and biscuits for our students with good attendance, it's fantastic that this had been arranged by the Castleford Tigers Foundation, it is much appreciated in these times!"
