Tigers Den to open two days this week

The retail store in Carlton Lanes shopping centre will be temporarily open for the first time in three months on Friday (10am to 2pm) and Saturday (10am to 4pm) later this week following the latest Government guidelines regarding COVID-19.

This comes ahead of Father's Day this Sunday and supporters are advised that this does not signify the permanent reopening of club retail stores at this stage and that the club’s superstore in Xscape will remain closed this week.

Further details on plans to permanently reopen retail stores in July will be communicated in due course and will follow Government guidelines.

For the temporary reopening of the Tigers Den on Friday and Saturday this week, fans are asked to take note of the following:

• Only three customers will be allowed in the shop at one time.
• Please observe social distancing whilst in store.
• It may take longer than usual to be served, please remain patient with club staff in store.

Lastly, please note that club staff will be unable to process merchandise or ticketing refunds or returns at the Tigers Den this week.

Further information on how refunds and returns can be processed will be communicated when plans to fully reopen in July are evaluated and finalised.
