Tigers Home Point Deliveries Suspended

Following the Prime Minister's address on Monday evening, several measures to tackle the spread of coronavirus have been introduced, including restrictions on all but essential travel, and a ban on public gatherings of three people or more. Unfortunately, it is anticipated that these measures will serverly hamper attempts to carry out Tigers Home Point deliveries and therefore the scheme has been suspended with immediate effect.

Since its launch on Friday, the staff at Motorpoint and the Tigers had been working tirelessly and had already made deliveries to more than two thirds of the nominanted recipients all across the Five Towns community.

It is hoped once these measures are lifted and the situation is more manageable, that both the Club and Motorpoint will be able to resume the programme and continue delivering food packs to over 70’s and highly vulnerable individuals in these difficult times.
