VACANCY: Mental Skills Coach

Castleford Tigers are looking to appoint a dynamic and committed Mental Skills Coach to work within the clubs Academy environment and assist on the provision of mental skills development.
Qualified to Master's Degree level in Sports Psychology candidates will ideally also have experience of working with young athletes in both a team and one-to-one environment and will possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates will also need to have obtained, or be working towards British Psychological Society chartered status or BASES support accredited (or equivalent). The role will include communicating and interacting with both athletes and wider coaching staff and assisting with the construction of workshops and activities.
