Horne joined the Tigers during the 2023 campaign with the PNG international making the switch from Norths Devils. The 26-year-old is known for his tenacity on the field and electric runs from dummy half, something he will be keen on replicating in a Tigers jersey. His international honours came during the Kumuls' World Cup warm-up game against Fiji in a 24-14 in 2022.
