Matchday food & drink update

Castleford Tigers can provide an update for supporters ahead of supporters returning on Monday, 17th May.

Following ongoing consultation with the local authority and SAG (Safety Advisory Group), the decision has been made that the Club will not be able to sell food or drinks to supporters at The Mend-A-Hose Jungle on Monday night.

We appreciate this can be frustrating for supporters, so fans are advised if they wish to bring their own food, water or soft drinks that it must be brought in a separate plastic bag and that all drinks are contained in a sealed, clear, newly purchased and unopened plastic bottle.

Please note, supporters are not permitted to bring in cans or glass bottles, and no alcohol can be brought into the stadium, any supporter who attempts to bring in alcohol, glass bottles, or cans will have their items confiscated from our stewarding team.

A reminder that The Mend-A-Hose Jungle has a strict no smoking and no e-cigarettes policy.

Should any e-ticket supporter wish to request a refund, they are advised to do so before 12pm (noon) on Friday, 14th May 2021 by contacting our Ticket Office on 01977 529 264.

All supporters attending our match on Monday, 17th May MUST fill in their information and agree to our Supporters’ Code of Conduct before coming to The Mend-A-Hose Jungle. Fans who have done so already do not need to do it again.
