Castleford's youngsters have been hard at work training twice a week at our home ground and will be looking forward to playing on the main pitch!

Our club Members get entry to this fixture for FREE, as do Under 16's, for everyone else it is just £5 entry with car parking available at the stadium too for £2.

FIRST TEAM – VS CATALANS DRAGONS (H) – FRIDAY 12th AUGUST

Lee Radford’s squad will be focused on returning to the win column after Sunday’s defeat at Saints, however, a Bureta Faraimo hat-trick and a spirited fightback in the second half are positives to take from a hard-fought battle at the Totally Wicked Stadium.

The last time Cas hosted the Dragons earlier in the season, it turned out to be a humdinger of a contest. It was a back-and-forth game with the lead changing on a few occasions and Derrell Olpherts’ 65th-minute score set up a grandstand finish, although neither team could break the deadlock in normal time. Danny Richardson was the man to step up to become Castleford’s golden point hero as the scrum-half slotted the winning drop goal in front of a euphoric Wheldon Road end.

Friday night’s clash under the lights kicks off at 8pm and it’s geared up to be another barnstormer. We want YOU to join us at The Jungle, so make sure to buy your ticket HERE!

ACADEMY – VS WIGAN WARRIORS (H) – SATURDAY 13TH AUGUST

Castleford’s Academy take part in their penultimate game of 2022 at Wheldon Road for a 12pm kick-off.

The young Tigers will also be aiming to bounce back after suffering a loss at Hull KR with Max Rooney, Toby Mallinson, and Taylor Baddeley crossing during the 40-16 defeat.

Tigers Members get entry to this fixture for FREE as do Under 16's, otherwise, it is just £5 entry. Car parking is available at the stadium too priced at just £2.

PDRL – BRADFORD BULLS FESTIVAL - SATURDAY 13TH AUGUST

Castleford Tigers Foundation’s PDRL stars' latest festival sees them travel to Bradford as they look to extend their incredible unbeaten streak.

They have managed to string a remarkable seven victories in a row together over the last three festivals and after a number of the squad took part in the PDRL select versus England match last weekend, they will be looking to continue their winning run in Cas colours at Odsal on Saturday.

WOMEN – VS LEIGH MINERS RANGERS LADIES (H) – SUNDAY 14th AUGUST

The final Tigers team in action this coming weekend involves Cas’ Women’s side where the Tigresses take on Leigh Miners Rangers Ladies on Sunday.

The kick-off is scheduled for 2pm at Castleford Panthers, not The Jungle. Castleford Panthers' ground address is - Raglan Close, Castleford, West Yorkshire, WF10 1PL.

It will be the second time in relatively quick succession that the two sides have met with Leigh taking the victory at Twist Lane in their last meeting in late July. The standout moment for the Fords was Tahnee Holmes’ score after a beautifully worked offload down the right-hand side.

Matty Faulkner’s pack will be looking to improve after defeat to Barrow last weekend so get yourself down to The Jungle for some Sunday rugby and back the Tigresses!
