Castleford travel over to Hull College Craven Park for a huge Betfred Super League fixture, with just two rounds of the regular season remaining both the Tigers and the Robins are fighting for a play-off spot.

The Fords Head Coach makes two changes to the team he named for last Saturday’s Magic Weekend win over Salford Red Devils, with Danny Richardson back available for selection alongside Lewis Peachey, whilst Grant Millington and Cheyse Blair step out of the squad.

Saturday’s HUGE encounter will be the third meeting of the season between Cas and Hull KR, with each side holding a victory over the other. Tigers won the first in what became a 100-minute match in the third round of the 2021 Challenge Cup, four periods of extra time were needed to decide the game with Gareth O’Brien slotting the all-important drop goal. In May, Rovers snatched a late victory through a Jordan Abdull try at Wheldon Road to make it 1-1 in 2021.

Win percentages will determine the final positions in the Super League table, as it stands Castleford occupies the sixth position with 52.38% - whilst Hull KR are in seventh on 50%.

With two rounds left there is still all to play for, depending on results in this round and next week’s final regular round, it makes for an incredibly exciting finish to the campaign.
