Following the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions, we would like all supporters to feel safe and comfortable when visiting The Mend-A-Hose Jungle.

The matchday experience has been very different than most supporters have grown accustomed to in the past, but some precautions remain in place around the ground to make our stadium a safe place to visit.

  • Wellness check

Please do NOT attend the fixture at The Mend-A-Hose Jungle if you have any Covid-19 symptoms or are in any doubt about your health regarding coronavirus.

  • Getting into the ground

We advise supporters to arrive as early as they can to avoid longer or built-up queues, and there are more points of entry for fans to enter the ground via our turnstiles.

Social distancing is encouraged for all queues, both inside and outside, at The Mend-A-Hose Jungle.

Please have your ticket/card ready to be scanned before approaching our staff.

  • In the stadium

Social distancing is encouraged for all queues for our bars, food vendors, and toilets, please also observe any one-way markers which indicate entry and exit of certain areas.

Hand sanitiser stations are in place around the ground for supporters to use regularly.

Seated Season Ticket holders may have their seat in the upper tier, however, our Ticketing Manager has been in contact with supporters in the lower tier who unfortunately cannot yet sit back in their regular seat due to the players’ red zone remaining in place. Arrangements have been put in place for those supporters.

Both food and drink will be available for supporters at The Jungle, please make use of the nearest food vendor to you. For drinks, please make use of the bars which will be open in each stand:

Wheldon Road End - The Members Bar in the top corner of the stand
Main Stand - The Marquee & The Bottle Bar
Princess Street Stand - The Monkey Munch Bar at the back and middle of the stand
Railway End – The Supporters Bar which is near the scoreboard

  • Exiting the stadium

Following full time, Castleford Tigers players will walk around the pitch but will not be approachable to the permitters of the field, we ask supporters to not crowd the edges of the field.

When leaving The Jungle, social distancing will be encouraged, and we do ask supporters to not crowd the exits where possible and to make use of other exists where there may be fewer people.

For fans who do not feel comfortable leaving the stadium until the queues have quietened down, please remain stood or sat where you are until the exits are clearer.
