Season Ticket Update: 01.02.21

We can also confirm each supporter that joined the club’s waiting list as of Friday, 29th January, has also been contacted.

With over 2,000 Tigers fans already signed up for the upcoming season, our ticket staff have been incredibly busy assisting supporters in getting their Season Tickets sorted.

There have been instances where the club has made numerous attempts to reach out to fans by phone and email with no reply yet, and we encourage supporters to please try and reply out as soon as possible.

We ask any supporter who believes they have not been contacted to please get in touch. If the opening times listed below are not convenient then please email markgill@castigers.com.

SIX-MONTH DIRECT DEBIT DEADLINE

For fans who wish to spread the cost of their tickets over a six-month direct debit, the deadline to sign up for this option is Friday, 19th February 2021. This will be the final day that supporters can sign up to pay their tickets over a six-month period.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR 2021 SEASON TICKETS

2020 ST holders can renew their ticket for 2021 by contacting our Season Ticket Office during opening hours and on the numbers listed below. During the national lockdown, 2021 renewals cannot be processed in person at our Season Ticket Office/Stadium Store.

The waiting list for Fords fans wanting to become a new season ticket holder next year continues to grow, with a number of supporters from the waiting list already signed up! This has been possible following the confirmation of the number of supporters who chose to not renew for 2021, and so these tickets could be reallocated to people on the waiting list in the order that fans registered their details.

The 2021 Betfred Super League season will start in late March, in the event of reduced capacities, season ticket holders will be given first priority in attending matches should capacities be reduced at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle and therefore the club is only allowing current season ticket holders to renew at this stage.

However, with the Government confirming plans to allow up to 4,000 spectators at matches subject to the COVID restrictions in the area, the club now has the confidence to allocate this amount of season ticket and passholder sales for 2021.

2021 season tickets for new season ticket holders will be available at 2020 prices.

New season ticket cards will be issued to all new season ticket holders, but 2020 ticket holders are asked to retain their cards as these will be reused for the 2021 campaign.
