Tigers "Kit For Kids" 2020!
With Christmas shaping up to be a bit different this year, Castleford Tigers and Castleford Tigers Foundation are helping to try a put a smile back on young faces with a 2020 "Kit For Kids" giveaway!
Castleford Tigers Foundation have been helping to organise the distribution of over 300 Castleford Tigers home shirts to give to deserving pupils in local schools. It’s been a tougher year than most to be in school, so it’s important to recognise and reward as many students as possible, who have knuckled down and done their best throughout these challenging circumstances!
The students were greeted by Tigers’ Mascot JT and Foundation staff to receive their shirts in a socially-distanced manner and it is hoped that we can see them being worn proudly back at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle as soon as it is safe for crowds to return.
In addition, each school will be able to nominate certain star pupils for individual success and they will then receive the recently unveiled Tigers 2021 home shirt ahead of the new season.
