Sunday double header!

Posted: Friday 19th July 2019 - 11:17 AM

It marks a brilliant return to Sunday rugby for the Tigers, with Daryl Powell’s men set to face Warrington Wolves in a huge clash in the Betfred Super League at 3.30pm before the women take on local rivals Wakefield straight after.

The women’s game will also be played on the main pitch at the Jungle, with the sides expected to be ready to take to the field within minutes of the men’s game finishing.

Fans are encouraged to stay behind to cheer on head coach Lindsay Anfield’s side – who are unbeaten so far in 2019 – ahead of their Coral Challenge Cup final against Leeds Rhinos next weekend.

Supporters attending the Super League fixture will be able to stay to watch the game, although the Princess Street Stand will be closed following the conclusion of the men’s game. All other areas of the ground will remain open.

Free entry is available for anybody only wishing to watch the women’s fixture but access will not be available until fans leaving the stadium have been cleared. There will also be no car parking access at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle for the women’s fixture.

Tickets for Sunday’s double header are on sale at the Tigers Den in Carlton Lanes and the club’s superstore in Xscape.

Fans are also able to buy tickets online here.

Ticket Prices (advance):

Concession (over 60s): £14
