All three players have played a key part in the Tigers Under 19s squad in 2018. Carr and Storey were initially named in the Yorkshire team earlier in the season which took on Lancashire in a two match series. Unfortunately, due to injury Storey pulled out of the game but now regains his place in the Yorkshire squad. Peachy was called into the Yorkshire squad upon Storey’s injury.

The game will take place at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle on Wednesday 28th November (KO: 7:30pm).

Carr signed for the Tigers Academy after being a part of the Scholarship scheme at Castleford. The former Normanton Knights junior was in free flowing try scoring form in 2018 bagging himself over 30 tries this season. In May, Carr was selected in England Academy’s Performance squad as they prepare to face Australia later on.

Storey joined the Tigers from the City of Hull Academy just over 12 months ago and recently signed professional terms with Castleford after impressing during his time. At the end of 2017, the centre/second rower represented England Academy.

Peachey linked up with the Tigers from amateur club, Dearne Valley Bulldogs and has rose through the clubs Scholarship scheme into the Academy squad. The second rower represented England U16s last year before stepping into the Academy ranks. In 2018, Peachey has appeared in the first team’s 19-man squad a number of times but unfortunately has missed out on selection for a Super League game so far.

Leeds Rhinos dominate the Yorkshire ‘Origin’ squad with eight representatives including call ups for Muizz Mustapha, Callum McLelland and Tom Holroyd. City of Hull Academy players Conor Wynn, Elliott Wallis and Jack Brown are also new additions to the squad, alongside Robbie Storey of Castleford Tigers and Newcastle Thunder’s Rory Nettleton.

Former England and Huddersfield Giants player Luke Robinson will coach the Yorkshire side against the visitors.

The Yorkshire division take on the Australian Schoolboys at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle, Castleford on Wednesday, November 28 (KO 7.30pm) before Lancashire come head-to-head with the visitors at the Manchester Regional Arena on Saturday, December 1 (KO 3.00pm).

England Academy will then take on the Australian Schoolboys at Leigh Sports Village on Saturday, December 8 (KO 2.00pm) and the Emerald Headingley Stadium on Friday, December 14 (KO 7.30pm).

Squads for the England Academy fixtures will be announced later this month.
