Castleford Tigers College of Rugby League learners made the trip to the Emerald Headingley Stadium this morning to get a unique insight in to the England first team training regime.

The learners studying BTEC Level 3 Sport, as part of the Tigers category 3 development academy, observed the two-hour training session led by Wayne Bennett. Then our young learners took the opportunity to meet with the players, including Castleford’s own Adam Milner!

Applications are now being taken for Year 11 pupils join Castleford Tigers College of Rugby League in September 2019. Learners can access a variety of BTEC Level 3 options including sports and business alongside the opportunity to take part in extracurricular activities such as today's England Rugby League training observation, whilst also training and playing with the Tigers Category 3 development academy.

The application form for the course is available here.
